Understand your needs
We work with you to clarify the best strategy to give you the results you need from a training intervention. A key part is ensuring that we properly understand your challenges and involve all the right stakeholders. Together we will define what best outcome for the training intervention is, so we can build in success.
Design a solution
We then create a bespoke solution that addresses the needs you have, to achieve you goals you want. The plan can be refined through further discussion, and you approve the final plan before any training takes place.
Deliver training
Caeledro’s training workshops are energetic and interactive with participants fully engaged in the process of learning and understanding. Face-to-face or virtual, we can deliver training that engages and inspires. We also build in time for reflection to help participants integrate what they are learning with what they already know.
Evaluate impact
Our involvement does not end with the delivery of training workshops. Because we define together what success will look like at the earliest stage of planning, we can evaluate this as your participants put their learning into practice. We can help them truly embed apply what they have learned in real situations so that you can see the impact the training has made.
